A bit nastolgic today
So, my lil' boy graduated preschool! What? How can this be? It is true ...now he is a school aged boy. Yikes! So I started looking at Noah through the years. Take a look and smile with me :)

She said "No"
So, the apartment that I blogged about ...didn't work out. The owner said "No." I proposed and she turned me down! That is a good thing. Turns out she was/is a "shady lady" and was possibly fishing for a bribe. We don't for sure ...but what we do know is that she was not playing by the rules. Back to the drawing board.
The process is interesting though, this is how it works: You find a real estate agent and look. When you find one you want, you make a "proposal." The owner can counter offer etc... (sound familiar? It's like buying a house! -only not) Once price and length of contract is agreed upon ...dun da dun dun, start paperwork and fork over the money! The owner can reject an offer for any reason ...no equal opportunity/rights here :)
